SITQ is now operating under the name Ivanhoé Cambridge following the consolidation of the real estate subsidiaries of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec announced last April. An updated website that reflects this new identity is currently under development.

Ivanhoé Cambridge is one of the 10 largest real estate companies in the world, with a portfolio of shopping centres, office properties and apartment buildings.

Centre CDP Capital, winner at the 2011-2012 BOMA Awards contest

The BOMA Québec Association of building owners and managers revealed the winners of its 2011-12 BOMA Awards during a gala held May 12 at the Chalet du Mont-Royal de Montréal, under the patronage of William Tresham, President and CEO, SITQ.

Among the three SITQ’s buildings winners including Place Ville Marie and Sun Life buildings, figures the Centre CDP Capital in the Environment Category. This award recognizes excellence in resource preservation and environmentally sound commercial building management.

BOMA Québec Award winners are eligible for  the national BOMA Canada TOBY Awards, which will be presented  September 27, in St. John’s, NewFoundland.
