Centre CDP Capital receives Énergia 2008 award
Energy performance recognized
November 13, the Centre CDP Capital was awarded the Énergia trophy in the Recommissioning category. Recommissioning is the process of reviewing all operations related to air conditioning, ventilation, heating and reducing energy consumption for the purpose of improving equipment performance. The 19th Énergia awards, organized by the AQME Québec association for power management, recognize excellence in energy efficiency and power management.
Reflecting the Centre CDP Capital’s ongoing work in environmental management, the Centre experienced post-recommissioning energy savings without investing money of nearly $150,000 over a 12-month period. This translates into a 133-ton reduction in greenhouse gas emissions a year.

Centre CDP Capital wins prestigious BOMA International Building of the Year award
Our head office finishes ahead of five U.S. properties.
Centre CDP Capital was named Building of the Year in the 500,000 to 1,000,000 square foot category at the 2008 BOMA International competition gala held June 24 in Denver, Colorado. After winning the category in Québec and then Canada, our head office beat out five U.S. properties for the “triple crown.”
